    Tool: Kendo Spreadsheet

    Hello Kendo Team,

I am having an issue when importing an excel spreadsheet to kendo Spreadsheet. Once I import my file I get the error in the console shown below and nothing shows up on the spreadsheet. I am not sure how to fix this error or even why it is appearing. I can share the file that I am uploading if needed.

    Thank you.

    Hi,

Thank you for getting in touch with us.

Would you please share the file that replicates the issue and let us know if we can observe it in our online demo too or we need to use some specific declaration to observe it?

It does occur in the online demo as well. Is there a way in which I can send the file to you guys without attaching it on this post. For example, an email that I can send it to ?

    Hello,

You can submit a support ticket from your Telerik account - you may need to check first the FAQ for Upgrades and Subscription renewals section so that you could continue your trial or switch to a commercial license to be able to submit a ticket.
