Error Before Installing Telerik!

I'm actually having an error when I click on the installer to start installing Telerik.

Thank you for writing.

After downloading and double-clicking the executable it performs two steps in order to run the web installer:

1. Extracts the application content in a randomly generated temp folder;
2. Starts the real application from this folder;

It seems that it failed on the second step with an 'access denied' error, i.e. it wasn't able to start the extracted application.

I would advise you to check your execute permissions for the %temp% folder.

Another possible reason for the problem is not proper extraction of the content. After receiving the error you can open your %temp% directory and check the content of the most lately created folder (its name is random GUID). If it contains Telerik.CommonInstaller.UI.exe, you can try to start it manually.
