I'm using the SharePoint 2003 Editor version 3.0.5. I am trying to add a LiveMeeting link to a posting. If I add this link "meet:sip:ASmith@company.com;gruu;opaque=app:conf:focus:id:0239cfb954844a9681a5fae1b530c8687" to the posting and make it a hyperlink it looks fine until I save it. After saving it the HTML looks like this "<A>meet:sip:JThompson@wipfli.com;gruu;opaque=app:conf:focus:id:0239cfb954844a9681a5fae1b530c868</A>" so the link does not work.
Adding plain http links and email links works fine. Anyone else seen this behavior?
UPDATE: Sorry, maybe it's not the RadEditor. I uninstalled the RadEditor and tried to save a LiveMeeting link and it does the same thing. What does SharePoint have against LiveMeeting links???

Hello Mike,
Indeed, this seems to be yet another problem, caused by the SharePoint content filter. When you submit the page, SharePoint will validate it and automatically make changes if the content is not valid.
We have not been able to find a workaround for this behavior yet.
