I try to edit a RadNumericBox through the tactile keyboard with an HP ElitePad and it doesn't work.
Current culture is 'fr-FR' but it's ok only when I define the keyboard in english.
A sample test projet with a single numericbox which works with a physical keyboard on my development computer but not with the pad.

Hello Patrick,
Currently we have an issue with cultures that use an AZERTY layout for the characters(as the "fr-FR" does). This bug has already been addressed and it will be fixed in our next official release(Q1 2014).
