Can we keep some of the paragraphs inside RTB as non-editable?
User should be able to re-rder other editable paragraphs as a whole without touching the non-editable ones. In other words, user should move the entire paragraphs but not just parts of them.
Has anybody tried this?

Please find attached a demo illustrating the use of ReadOnlyRanges.
The ReadOnlyRanges' functionalilty is separated in an improvised tab in the RibbonUI. As there are no commands for the operations yet, the implementations of delete/lift permissions/etc. is done in code-behind on button click. Another thing worth mentioning is that documents with ReadOnlyRanges can only be persisted in XAML for now.
