Dynamically load content from Web Service

When selecting an item in the outlook bar, I would like to be able to load the content part dynamically.

Since I load the items list using a WCF Web service and the binding is effective for this part, how can I do the same for the content part?

For example, when clicking on an item, I want to call a WebService using the item id to get the sub items list and then fill the content part.
