Dynamic Tab Control

I am trying to develop a dynamic tab control with dynamic panel bar and a gridview inside each of the panel bar. Can you please provide a sample of the same?

Any body there to give a sample or Idea? I would also need to access the events of the grid if i create that at runtime in the RadPanel.

I also need to put link buttons in the grid, buttons in the RadPanel and buttons in the tab control and need to fire the events for each of the buttons and pass params based on the which button has been clicked.
