Dynamic Mask still in the works? (and possible simple RegEx mask)

In a a couple of previous answers, there was a mention of
"We have already considered implementing a dynamic mask that will adjust itself based on the value of the control.This is already on our to-do list for the masked input controls."

Is this still in the works ( I didn't miss it did I)? This would certainly be a very useful feature IMHO.
A further enhancement could be to have a simple RegEx string mask w/ literals that coud dynamically mask the textbox.
