dynamic column header binding crashes column chooser

I have prepared an example. I use a telerik grid and i have a binded one of the column headers to a static resource class. This works but when i open it in a column chooser it crashes. Do you have any idea how to solve this behaviour.

Do you have any work around for this problem?

How do i upload my testcode? Shall i send it per email?

You can open a support ticket and attach the project to it. It would be great if you could send the project since we cannot reproduce the issue on our side.
