Dynamic Chart Help

Hi there,

   well how to start for this sample dynamic chart. If a sales man enter his/her employee id (to a text box)

 (i)  A dynamic chart will show his/her total no of absents & present in the shop. 

(ii) total number of the sales made by him for the current as well as past few months.

So please explain me or any have tried this kind of charting please help me to build one.
