This question was answered in a private support ticket but I will share the answer here as well. For information about what events are available for a component and examples of how to use them see the events section of the relevant component documentation. For example for the DropDownList see Blazor DropDownList Events - Telerik UI for Blazor.
The DropDownList component provides the ValueChanged and OnChanged events to handle item selection.
