I'm pretty sure the answer is no, but is there anyway to drag an email attachment or email to the upload area?
Is there any good way to accomplish this? Maybe with ASP.NET and active X or something. The ASP.NET async uploader doesn't do this either right? Nothing is WPF either right?

Hello Dan,
Silverlight only supports Drag-drop where the payload type supports FileDrop. Outlook is not generating a drag drop format that supports FileDrop so a drag from Outlook cannot be supported in Silverlight. And this is why the RadUpload can't process a mail dragged directly from Outlook, but it can process a file dragged from the file system.
