Is there a sample project obtainable to view the drag and drop functionality within a RadGridView? I want to utilize the ReOrdering behavior available here but my solution won't pick up the DragDropPayloadManager. Could it a be a version issue?

First I am sorry for the really late reply. There have been some technical difficulties with our system.
Now, to the point. The DragDropPayloadManager was included in Q3 2012. Is your version of our controls higher or equal to that?
