Hello Cristina,
Could you please take a look at this help topics which demonstrates how to drag and drop between RadGridView and ListBox. With just a little bit of modification you can replace the ListBox with another RadGridView.
In this scenario the underlying data is not important and you should have no problems adjusting the original code to your requirements.
