[Solved] Downloading Extensions for ASP.NET MVC

I cannot figure out where to actually download the Extensions for ASP.NET MVC. 

The product page says it's being made available via the project's download page on CodePlex, but that download only contains a link back to the product page. 

The online documentation says I have to login to a Telerik account, so I registered and created an account.  However, I don't have a link for the product under the Downloads link on my account page. 

Do I have to purchase another product in order to get the Exensions for ASP.NET MVC?  I assume NOT since it's supposed to be an open source product.

Please advise.
