Thanks, is there any other way for us to download the video that don't have the download?

It's my understanding that certain videos, like the one you referenced, aren't available for direct download because of their length. As you know, a 30 minute video equates to a very large file size.
I may be able to locate the source video files via our Web Team and copy them to a Dropbox folder, however the time required for this process is far outweighed by the convenience of simply streaming the video on the Telerik TV site.

There are many free software downloads sites available where you can get your desired software for download video for offline viewing.
