FYI, I downloaded the new Q3 version of Silverlight (paid version). During download the filename says Silverlight, but when I run the file, the IE Security says the name is "Telerik RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX". After that, it appears that in fact it is installing the Silverlight tools.
