Does RadGridView support XMl binding?

Hi,
     Does the RadGridView support XMl binding? I came across a post which talks abt binding to DataTable. Is there a way to do it without conversion to DataTable?

So the answer is simpley, "No", unless you transform your XML into some sort of class object; per the example you sited.
