[Solved] Does RadEditor support Wiki Markup Language?

Hi,

I have a requirement (in WSS 3.0) to use a editor that supports Wiki Markup Language. I was looking through RadEditor and I am happy that I can use it easily into WSS 3.0.

But I am not sure whether RadEditor supports Wiki Markup Language. Please confirm.

Hi Gopalakrishnan,

The RadEditor for MOSS is designed to completely replace the MOSS's built-in editor. Hence, RadEditor supports the scenarios where the built-in editor can be used. I think that under WSS Wiki scenario the editor supports only inserting links to a different page. Please check this.

Hi George,

Thanks for the reply, but I am sorry I do not think I got the answer I want. What I wanted to know was that if I use the RadEditor and use the WYSWYG features (Bold, Italics etc, etc), will it be stored as HTML mark ups or as Wiki Mark Ups?

Also, does the editor provide option for having Table of Contents as well?

The content submitted by RadEditor is HTML - the same as when using the MOSS's editor.
