I am wodering if RadChart can support logarithm scale for X-axis. For now it does support Y-axis logarithm, but I couldn't find the way for doing X-axis logarithm.

In my case, I have the quantity as X-axis, price as Y-axis, I use scatter chart to show the data and also I want to draw a trend line to show that the price drops as the quantity increases. But the quantity values vary from 1 to 1,000,000, while most of the values are in 1 - 10,000, only a few values are bigger than 10k. So the points showed up at one conner of the chart area, it would be better if RadChart can have that X-axis logarithm scale.

Is there any workaround to solve this problem? or does Telerik have the plan to support X-axis logarithm?

Hi David,

Unfortunately the current version of RadChart does not support logarithmic X-Axis. We have already logged such a request in our public issue tracking system, you can find it here, however, taking a decision for implementing a certain feature depends on multiple conditions including complexity, existing features impact, demand rate, etc. It is not yet in our immediate plans, still, I would encourage you to use the above link to vote and track the issue.
