Hello. today i have an idea to build a menu structure like http://demos.telerik.com/silverlight. Especially in the left side menu that can be colapsed. Is there anybody has an idea what is the telerik control that used for the left side menu

It is a custom control. It's name is ConfigurationArea. You can find the whole implementation of the online demo in the installation package of our controls.
