can‘t add picture.

I am not sure which Telerik UI suite you are using and I am therefore not sure if I understand the request. If you would like to see such a component in the Kendo UI suite, please go ahead and post your suggestion in this user voice portal. If you are using a different Telerik UI suite, you can again use the appropriate feedback portal to log a suggestion for a new component or submit a support ticket under the targeted product line to request more information.
