We are about to get started with a new application and wondering if we create an application with touch features using Telerik Win8, will this app run fine on Vista and Win7?
The other question we had was: if you create a Silverlight application using Telerik Silverlight controls; I suppose the app will run fine in Win8 but will you have touch feature (assuming the user has touch screen monitor, of course)

Unfortunatelly, applications that are built against Windows 8 cannot run on Windows 7 or Vista.
About the second question - yes, you can run Silverlight applications on Windows 8 and our RadControls for Silverlight support touch. For more reference you can take a look at the following help article - http://www.telerik.com/help/silverlight/touch-support.html.
