Hi,

Just wanted to check if this is required for my project. I see that kendo UI has 70+ widgets where as UI for JSP has only 40+. So which one is better for my project that is explained below:

My project is database extensive, will be based on windows server 2012. It is basically a data centric.

Could some one shed more light on server wrapping and which one I should go for my requirement keeping the above points in mind?

Regards
Vinay

Hello Vinay,

Below I'll try to address your questions:
  1. Kendo UI Professional contains 70+ widgets, while Telerik UI for JSP has server wrappers for 40+ of these widgets, but it basically includes all 70+ widgets without server wrappers for the mobile ones.
  2. The JSP server wrappers for Kendo UI allow you to instantiate our widgets using server-side code, if you feel more comfortable with server-side programming. Further information about our Telerik UI for JSP product you can find in this public FAQ.

I hope this helps.

This was really a wonderful explanation. I think I will go with kendo UI as our project is purely on UI and little on server side implemetations.
