We are trying to customize RadGrid filtering by trapping Filtering event. As part of this customization we want to retain just one filter condition per column. So is there any way to disable the second filter? Thanks in advance.

Hi Kiran Guru,
You will need to modify FilteringDropDown control template with MS Expression Blend and remove the second filter.
