Is it possible to disable the use of the mouse scroll wheel for a RadComboBox? Our users want to be able to use the scroll wheel to scroll the page, but if the combobox has focus, it changes the selected item in the combobox.

The way to do this is to set the IsMouseWheelEnabled property to False.
