hi 
i want to disable minimize mode of outlookBar control  or
any property for set visible true false  header button which is set to minimize mode

Hi Parthiv,

You can use the IsMinimizable and IsVerticalResizerVisible properties of the RadOutLookBar. Pleasecheck out this demo.
