I am using the appbuilder web version. However whenever i build the app regardless if i switch the debug toggle to "on" or "off" google states that I can not submit a app with debug enabled. What exactly am i doing wrong?

Really no responses... Looks like I'm probably gonna just move to a different platform as this is a bug with your system not a support question and there is no way to contact you about it without paying $600/yr

    Hello Steffan,

By design, Telerik Platform let's you publish directly to app stores via the Publish wizard. This feature is enabled for Telerik Platform Professional subscriptions and above (please check our pricing page for more information).

However, this doesn't mean that you are unable to publish RELEASE builds of your applications manually. For that purpose, you will need to first re-sign the application package as no matter RELEASE or DEBUG, AppBuilder will always use a development certificate to code sign it via the Build option. This is the main difference between the Publish feature and the RELEASE builds, as when publishing your application with AppBuilder, we use a distribution certificate instead of the development used for all other builds.

For more information about re-signing .apk files, you can check these articles: first, second

    I hope this helps.

Visit the Telerik Verified Plugins Marketplace and get the custom Cordova plugin you need, already tweaked to work seamlessly with AppBuilder.
