Hello

I've got this error when I try to Upload my app to AppStore (after successful login to ITunes Connect in Icenium). How can I fix it?

Hello Anatoly,

The error you've received means that your username and/or password have changed or any of them are incorrect. Our suggestion is to try again and if you keep getting the error, to use the "Forgot user or password" to reset your password and try to publish again with the new password.

Hi Steve

Thank you for your reply.
But the problem is that they are correct and the error occurs on the second step during upload. You can see it on the screenshot from my first post (there are correct Apple Id and Application status -- they are not available if the login/password are incorrect).

Hi Anatoly,

The weird thing is that iTunes accepted your password once and in the Upload step, we use the password you entered in Build Results.

Please try closing Graphite (make sure there is no Icenium.Graphite.exe process), start it back up and go through the publish wizard again.

If the above does not help, change your password ignoring the fact it is correct and start the Publish process again.

Kind regards,
Steve

Good afternoon,

I'm curious if you ever got around this? I'm receiving the exact same error. I've already tried closing Graphite and resetting my apple password. Any other suggestions?

Thanks Much,
~Boots

Hi guys,

We have not been able to reproduce this problem in our local tests. Have you tried using Mist IDE to publish the app or logging with different Apple ID (if feasible for you) just to see whether you're still getting this problem?

All the best,

I'm also getting the same results with Mist. I only have one Apple ID at the moment.

Thanks Again,

Hi guys,

Do you have by any chance a non-ASCII character in your password? If so, please try to change your password to be with only ASCII characters and see if the problem persists. You would have to restart Graphite after you change the password.

Hey Steve,

I do not have a non-ASCII character in my password. my password consists of a-z, A-Z, 0-9, and the exclamation point (!).

Thanks Again,

Hello Boots,

The exclamation mark would cause the upload to fail with that error as well. We're already aware of this limitation and we would address it for subsequent version of the product. For the time being, please change your password to only use characters from  a-z, A-Z, 0-9.

Please excuse us for the inconvenience.
