Hello,

I am trying to submit an update to an App that was published about 2 years ago, but I getting the following message from Google Play:

"You uploaded an APK that is signed with a different certificate to your previous APKs. You must use the same certificate. Your existing APKs are signed with the certificate(s) with fingerprint(s):"

I am using the same Telerik Builder/Visual Studio project and as far I can see under App Builder>Options>Mobile>Android> the Certificates are the same. I even try to export the "Cryptography Identity" from a Windows Backup I had from years ago import, but got the same error from Google Play.

Any suggestions?

Thank you!

Adriano

Hi Adriano,

I have addressed this issue in the separate support ticket that you have opened. To ensure a more consistent and easy to follow communication I would recommend that we keep our discussion there.

Visit the Telerik Verified Plugins Marketplace and get the custom Cordova plugin you need, already tweaked to work seamlessly with AppBuilder.
