Hello, 

We have integrated a telerik analytics into mobile hybrid app, can you please let us know what is total user and total new users in engagement->users (Telerik dashboard) also what is effect of different filters on these two options, what does % symbolize.

 ​

Hello Kevin,

Total new users is the number of users that have previously not used your application at all, whereas total users is just a daily statistic of how many unique users used your app per day. Actually the Total Users aggregation is a bit misleading, as it is simply the sum of all daily measurements of unique users, so some might overlap. We are working on improving this in the future. 

And the % value underneath represents the aggregated value compared to the last period of time. Say if you are looking at the results from last week, it will compare that value to the week before.
