Hello,
when converting my project into a Telerik Project, I am prompted to choose between a reference of type Extension SDK or Binaries (see also your documentation page[1]. What is the difference? Are there any implications for submitting an App to the Windows Store?

Thank you for contacting us.
The SDK reference will add the entire set of Telerik's components/assemblies to your application. The Binaries option allow you to choose which assemblies are to be referred - this way you may reduce the size of the application in case you do not utilize all the components.
Otherwise there will be no implications for submitting an app to the Windows Store regardless of your choice.
