Hi

I am new to Telerik products. I would like to find out the following:

1. If I use Telerik DevCraft to develop a web application, can I generate the code for UI for Android?

2. Or do I need to develop the source code separately for Android using UI for Android?

3. Is DevCraft a application generator that will generate the source code for Android and iOS?

Many thanks in advanced for your help!

best regards,

Jessica

Hello Jessica,

Telerik DevCraft is a bundle of UI components for a wide range of technologies and platforms. After you choose the platform for which you want to develop, you can take UI suite appropriate for the respective platform and connect the UI components with your business logic according to your requirements.

As I understand you are interested in web applications that can run on both Android and iOS. In this case the right approach for you would be the Hybrid apps approach. These apps are web apps in their core, but are installed on iOS and Androids as standard apps (from AppStore\GooglePlay respectively).
