Master grid is having 2 levels of hierarchy(detail views). 1st level record is expandable, having another detail view in it and there is another grid also beneath 2nd detail view. The hierarchy layout is similar to example shown in Telerik demos except that there is also another grid in the end.
Problem is that columns shift to far right on clicking "Edit" button in 1st level detail view's edit column, without editing it shows them in appropriate location. On "Edit" click, Grid & title row remains as it is but content row move away from its original location and leaves a lot of blank space on left side, Which results title & content messed,

This is not a known issue and I wasn't able to reproduce it by modifying our hierarchy examples. Please answer the following questions:
- Which version are you using?
- Have you set the widths of the master grid columns?
- Is the master grid scrollable?
- Is the master grid ajax or server bound?
Ideally you could attach a sample project demonstrating the column shift. We will troubleshoot it.

You are using an old version and you may be experiencing an old bug. Please try upgrading to the current official release 2010.3.1318.
