Does anyone know how to push the App to more phones that are not psychically present (e.g. I want someone else involved to see the app, and is not a developer)?

Hi Ivan,

Once the application is installed on the device (via cable or via QR code) you can refresh it by holding three fingers on iOS or by pressing the details button on Android.

For iOS you can also use Icenium Ion hub application.

Hope this helps.

Hi,

many thanks for your reply, but that's not the answer I am looking for. I was probably not clear enough, so let me elaborate:

I am developing apps for clients. I need to show them the apps before they are published. All I can do now is to provision a number of phones from Graphit but still need their phones physically connected to my computer. However, my clients are not physically present and I need a way for them to test the app on their phones. Any ideas of how to accomplish that?

Many thanks in advance.

Hi Ivan,

Here are the necessary steps you have to take:
  1. Ask the clients to install Icenium Ion from the App Store.
  2. Open your application in Mist and produce a QR code for the application via the run menu. More info here
  3. Send the QR code (or right click on it and copy the link it points) to your clients and ask them to open it.
  4. Make modifications you your source code and ask your clients to take your latest changes with the 3 fingers gesture.
Will this workflow going to work for you?
