Just wanted to make a general comment. I love the demos you guys provide to exploit the functionality like the CRM demo. It is a great demo and shows alot of things I would love to put in my own application. What would make it great would be documentation on how it works and how features could be integrated into your own applications without having to dissect the code. What would make it priceless is step by step instructions on how to create them.

I guess I should look into all the the available avenues before posting. After leaving this post I found the LOB Chronicles on the Blog for the CRM project. Great article!!!!!
