How to delete the selected record in Radgridview using silveright4. and to get id value example like orderid or salesid, for selected id value i want to delete from radgrid.
please give me any suggestion.

There are a couple of approaches you may use depending on your custom scenario. However I would suggest you to use the following online demos "Commands", "RowContextMenu".
In addition to this you may easily access the selected item(s) and the dataitems in your RadGridView as it is shown in the following online help article.
