Delaying the rendering of a Chart

I am attempting to synchonize a chart rendering with a video. I found the TotalSeriesAnimationDuration attribute which works great for playing the chart back over the proper period of time, but how do you control the start of the animation?

Is there a way to configure the chart, but suspend drawing until triggered programatically?
