Given that there are problems with RadGridView tempalte within Blend, is it possible to have a place to copy all the default template?
With the latest internal build, editing the default template of the RadGridView give me only this xaml :
<ControlTemplate x:Key="RadGridViewControlTemplate1" TargetType="telerikGridView:RadGridView"/>

There is a workaround for the Blend issue you are having. When you place the grid on the design surface select it and from the Object menu on top select Edit Style > Edit a Copy ...
This should give you the template of RadGridView.
I can provide you with all the templates of the grid just need to know which theme are you interested in.
