which is the default telerik theme? I'm to pass to implicit themes in my silverlight 4 application but I don't know wich one you use when I use the default assemblies and I don't specify anithing in particular

The default theme for Telerik RadControls (WPF/Silverlight) is Office_Black.
If you use NoXAML binaries you should add the corresponding ResourceDictionaries for at least this theme to show any RadControl. If you use the standard binaries the default theme will be shown - no need to add additional binaries. Please check the following online help article for further reference.
