Hi Telerik-Team,

I am trying to change the styling of an RadDataBoundListBoxItem when checked - meaning the Checkbox appears on the left side. More precisely I want to mimic the mail experience, where only certain components of the ListBoxItem - Datatemplate moves to the right (the title) and other stay at their specific position (icons), when the checkbox element appears on the left. I suppose that is only possible through a change of the style of the RadDataBoundListBoxItem.

I found a couple of threads where you suggested to change the default styles and even provided the default styles used as a downloadable zip. [1] [2]

All those threads seem a bit old and I'm wondering what has changed in the standard styles for that component in the meanwhile. Does it make sense to provide all of those styles as a separate download bundled with the actual releases, so people can choose their specific style for their version of the control?

If that suggestion takes more time to overcome the internal barriers inside Telerik, I would be more than happy to get the latest version for now :-)

Thanks heaps!
Steve

I solved my issue without touching the styles.

My problem was I had a grid inside the DataTemplate for RadDataBoundListBoxItem that had 2 columns with both explicitly set width. By removing the width of the first column, it appears that the first column shrinks as the checkbox appears and the second column stays where it is.

Thanks anyways!
