Is there any way to specify that the default index the primary key creates is nonclustered? We need to be able to do this on our high volume tables.

Currently we do not provide support for specifying non-clustered index on the primary key. This is specific backend scenario and we did not implement it yet. We have it on our to-do list as a future improvement in the product.
