How do you get the decompile option to work? I can't get it to enable in the list, when clicking on types in various places.

Thanks for writing to us about that. The "Decompile" command is available once you are on the type definiton after using the "Go To Definition" command. For more info: http://www.telerik.com/help/justcode/code-navigation-and-search-decompile.html

Hello,
Oh, OK, JustCode's Go To Definition statement, not VS's version. That was what was confusing; you may want to consider renaming it slightly.
