[Solved] Datetime column showing up as Local Datetime in telerik Grid

Hi,
We have a datetime column in our telerik grid the problem is that when the grid renders this column it converts it into local datetime and shows up in grid but we want that this column should display exact datetime what it's getting from the backend

Any helps or pointers highly appreciated!!
