[Solved] Dataset binding to Menu

I have a self referencing table containing all the hierarchical menu items returning as DataSet.

But I have no idea how to bind the dataset with the telerik mvc menu .

Does anyone have any idea/demo project? As i am find  no suitable example in the forum.
