Is there a way to change format of the time period header? It's displaying hour intervals in 12h format, I'd like it to display hours in 24h format, ideally in HH:mm format. Is it even possible?

Currently, RadTimeline for Silverlight does not support modifications of the time formats. The task is already on our ToDo list, but I cannot give you an estimate when it will be available.
