[Solved] Customize Rad Grid Filter

Hi All ,

Am using Telerik RAd Grid For Filtering data,

but am finding it difficult to custimize  this filter control

all i need is two text box and one filter button and one clear button.

how do i get rid of other operators like contains and all?

and also i dont want to use that in built flyout with rad grid.

how do i disable tat?

any suggestion would be of great help thanks
