Hi Rumen Custom scripts are essentially a way for us to provide you with a way to perform custom data extractions that just does not fit into our "standard" querying interface. So if you have some specific aspect of the data that you want to examine (perhaps periodically) we can design such a custom scripts that you can invoke when needed, perhaps passing in some defined parameters and our servers will extract the data and send it you you via email. We have a number of customers which have specific reporting requirements and we have provided them with specialized data extractions to fit their needs. It is typically a matter of working together to understand the need and purpose of the data and we'll design a data extraction that fits on top of our data store. There is a commercial aspect to this, so if you needed some custom script you'd have to pay a fee for us developing it.
