Hi,
I have a map with a binding to show polygons on an InformationLayer. Some of these items are not yet ready to be shown on a particular location (these items do not have a location yet) but I still want to show these items on a dedicated location on the map. It could be something similar to the Mini Map but I should be able to zoom in/out on it. Is this possible at all?

Unfortunately I'm not sure I understand what you are trying to implement. However, it looks like the RadMap does not contain such a built-in functionality. Still, if you can provide us with a sample solution and a screenshot demonstrating further your requirements, we will be able to better advice you and tell for sure if your scenario is supported by RadMap.
