Custom item on RadMap control

We would like to place custom png image file, text on our kml map file using your radmap control for SilverLight (with empty provider option).
These items come from a Ms sql database server.
Is this possible?

Thank you for the feedback.
You can use the Information Layer to displaying any data you need. You can look at the following link of the RadMap documentation with a sample that demonstrates how to add framework elements to the Information Layer.

Also the Q1 2010 release will support the binding for the Information Layer.
